ABOUT ANAMAR AND NAVA
Anamar is my professional name. In 2014 I created the project NAVA, an acronym for a New Art of Living with Soul, which gave rise to ANAMARNAVA.
If you want to know more about me, travel to the videos along the page. However, the most relevant and accurate of the whole journey is really in the texts.
In 2014 I created NAVA, the fruit of my passion, knowledge and experience on the development and expansion of human consciousness.
With precise and creative methods and instruments, I catalyze the wisdom and inner power of each person, facilitating more daring and security in their lives, more confidence in their potential, more harmonious relationships, a balance between the ego and the soul, and access to a special state of flux.
The ANAMARNAVA approach values the unique identity of each being, project or business, and so I like to work on a case by case basis. It integrates individual or relational sessions, training for selected groups, as well as lectures, meetings, retreats and events.

Once better known for my artistic and creative career, especially in the performing arts and music, I have had several training courses in this field, namely a degree in Theatre at the National Conservatory of Lisbon. I have done theatre, cinema, television, radio, several records and hundreds of concerts.
Out of the spotlight, I have been developing since 1990 a personal and also professional work in the areas of psychology and spirituality, supported by a formal and informal, free and structured learning.
I have been a consultant, a therapist, a trainer and a communicator for many years now, or, as I prefer to say, a catalyst for evolutionary change in people, projects and business.

I began by studying Greek Mythology, Humanistic Astrology in close connection with Jungian Psychology, Hermetic Philosophy, NLP, Ontopsychology and several energy therapies.
Later I invested in innovative methodologies such as RTT™ (Rapid Transformational Therapy), Soul Realignment® and Flow Fundamentals (Flow Genome Project). In 2019 I was welcomed as a Senior Member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists).
My work proposes a solid and harmonious path of conscious evolution at the service of your full self-realization, in an art of living with soul and purpose focused on creating real results.
