Maybe you are already in a moment of change, or with a deep desire to change, or just feeling its inexorable emergence. In those moments we look at what we are doing with ourselves and with life and it is natural that we are faced with a BALANCE OF THE PAST...
There can be some confrontation that, if done in a careless way, ends up in a place of frustration, of failure, of "I couldn't do it", and this can bring some sorrow. There is, however, another look that can be more beneficial.
Often we grow by opposition, not only in relation to others but above all in relation to ourselves, to what we perceive to be our inner truth. However, this counts as learning for the realignment of the Ego with the Soul, it counts as our becoming aware of what no longer corresponds to us to live. This counts as constructive data in the psycho-spiritual evolutionary process.

The Ego doesn't find it funny, for him it is a failure. But it's only for the Ego, not for the Soul. Besides, there was much that you have been living throughout this life that is already work done and 'aligned'. Start thinking about your victories, your achievements, what you have been able to truly be, to give from the heart, to receive with gratitude... All of this provides not only a new self-perception, but it is also the ground for an internal and external restructuring of ourselves and our existence.

Still, there are people who, for one reason or another, feel different from others, a bitter or impotent or proud 'I am different', which is often at the origin of some 'SPIRITUAL' ESCAPES, among other illusions. They even look good, sometimes they feel in heaven, but they are not here...
This happens when we overidentify ourselves with what may be our spiritual dimension and we do not give ourselves up to having goals and purposes and concrete life here on Earth, we do not focus on Making It Happen. It's a sign that we're overoccupying ourselves with other dimensions without investing ourselves in what we also came here to do: to create the best reality that we are capable of, in this 3D dimension.
If We Do Not Exist, in the full sense of the proposal of the incarnation. What do I do with my time? What do I invest myself in? What do I want to experience in the whole line - body, mind, soul and spirit?
I suggest not to use self-knowledge and spirituality as a pretext to 'get out of here' because it doesn't really work, although sometimes it does.
