Sexual Energy

- BASIC TOPICS OF CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION - 

As we go through a psycho-spiritual evolutionary process, the sexual energy is also being channeled and used in other ways. Therefore, it does not remain present exclusively from the instinctive, chemical and magnetic point of view.

When we are very excited about something and that includes the creation of whatever it is - a project, a meeting, a work of art, a business - we are also using sexual energy. In other words, as we evolve we free ourselves from the tyranny of instincts and we do with that energy what we understand.

All our capacity for Materialization passes through sexual energy and through that eroticism present in our daily lives. This is also what dictates charisma, magnetism, and the capacity to Make It Happen.

We can channel it through creative and pragmatic investment in life here and now, and we can channel it spiritually as a reinforcement of the Heaven-Earth connection, since sexual energy is part of the Kundalini, which is in itself our contribution to the creation of the Antakarana, the great Axis or Channel that connects the consciousness with all our Bodies. It has all these and other valences.

However, it is also important to live your physical manifestation, and it does not need to be with another person, it even needs to be with ourselves. If this does not exist we risk a great detachment from the physical plane and from the body, which is one of the signs that the person is disconnected and has removed their sexual energy and all of their potential.

In addition, the orgasm is extraordinarily balanced and beneficial on several levels, it would be a whole session just to talk about the importance of the orgasm.

To have this conscious sexuality alive and well on the physical, psychic and spiritual levels, all of this resulting from a voluntary (and not compulsory) choice, is an immense privilege and a high contribution to a happy life.

Here is a little bit about me. My professional name is Anamar. In 'another life', decades ago, I was famous in the fields of Music and Performing Arts. At the same time I was investing in training in other areas that fascinated me from an early age: I wanted to know what is really a Human Being and how does Life work. Above all, and since I was a child, I wanted to 'help change the World', as I often said.

I started giving Astrology, Self-Knowledge and Spiritual Evolution consultations in 1994. Afterwards, I added other skills in the field of the so-called New Science connected to the Mind, as well as in Practical Spirituality.

I have long been a consultant, therapist, mentor and trainer or, as I prefer to say, a catalyst of evolutionary change in people and their projects.

I am also passionate about the sea, with a Sailing Licence and everything! Deeply independent, I like to love endlessly and to open my heart to life. Faith has always accompanied me, even when I didn't know how to recognise it. Learning to use my inner power was one of my great challenges and a wonderful discovery. I'm passionate about a lot, and about what I do in particular.

I call my work ANAMARNAVA. It is a method of synthesis of everything I have learned and experienced. It proposes a solid and harmonious path of conscious evolution at the service of your self-realization, and an art of living with soul and purpose focused on creating real life results .

Free spirituality has given meaning to my life and I have fully embraced an identity more in alignment with the Source that animates me. Today I try to honour humandignity and divinehumility within myself. I have a strong personality and I am a bridge builder, especially between the Ego and the Soul. Two mottos accompany me: Live to Be and Walk the talk.
